Illustrated Portrait Series

For my AP 2-D Design Concentration, I combined photography and digital illustration to create a series of works that captured my friends and the combination of struggle and growth that they face as teen girls. The illustrations reveal these otherwise invisible forces and represent them as natural symbols.
